Bodies that sit most of the day will benefit from different sequences than bodies that are mostly standing, moving and/or lifting. Other kinds of workers may benefit from sessions that focus more on relaxation and mindfulness.

We can design classes that promote better posture, counter the dangers of excessive sitting, promote stretching and injury prevention, or encourage stress relief and relaxation. Maybe your people will want to sample all of these.
Because yoga is non-competitive, persons of different ages and physical abilities can enjoy and benefit from the same class. We always offer options so that everyone can participate comfortably.
If possible, we recommend two or more sessions per week. That way individual employees are more likely to be present and available for at least one session. If they can make both sessions, all the better!
